Delete account
For security reasons, we can't delete an account for you. You’ll need to be able to log into your account to delete it and everything associated with it.
How to do it?
Log in to your account.
Click on your avatar and select the option 'Open profile' from the dropdown menu.

Then click the 'Edit profile' button.

Click on 'Danger zone' and you will automatically jump to the section where you can delete an account.

Click on the 'Delete account' button.

When you delete your account, your private projects, files and content in these projects will be permanently removed. Please be aware, we perform the deletion immediately, which means once you confirm the deletion of your account, it is immediately not accessible anymore, and we won't be able to restore your data.
Special cases:
If you are the project owner with shared projects. When you request the deletion of the account, and there are other team members in your project, we will ask you to re-assign the project owner role to another user. If you don't want to assign your project to another user and still want to delete your account, first you need to delete all your projects even though there are other members and then delete your account. If you are a project member.
When you request the deletion of the account, and there are any items, attachments and comments created or added by you in the shared projects, then once you delete your account, they won't be removed. You can still delete them manually in all projects.
Note: if you don't delete any items in the shared projects, even though they are not deleted, we remove all identifying information in the database, and any information related to you won't be displayed anymore.

Once you delete your account, you can create another account with the same email address. There will be no references to your old user account.
