Integration with Jira

In Drivt you can set up integration with Jira and Drivt project. You can define whether requirements or defects or both should be synced with Jira. To set up the integration, navigate to project settings and choose 'Jira' on the sidebar under the Integrations

Then click on the button 'Set up'

• Jira host

• Jira email address

• Jira API token

Jira host is the link to your instance in Jira. Just copy the URL and insert it into the corresponding field.

Once you provide all the necessary information, the connection to Jira will be automatically checked. If sync is successful, in the dropdown you will see the title of the project in Jira.

When you create a requirement or defect in Jira, you need then click on the button 'Sync' to create an item in Jira. When the issue is created in Jira, the link to Jira will automatically appear in Drivt item.

Note: Please note if you un-sync the item and then sync it once again, a new ticket will be created in Jira.
