Test case overview

Test case item

Each test case item shows:

  • the title of the test case;

  • the circle with the number of tasks and progress on completion;

- priority (if set); - labels (if any); - due tasks (if any) - status of 5 recent test executions.

A test case is considered as β€˜Done’ once all tasks inside are marked completed. Despite the fact that they are done, you can still add them to the test runs.

Filters When the sheer volume of the test cases gets out of hand, filtering options can help you drill down to see the items you need or create a test run. You can filter the test cases by:

  • priority;

  • labels;

  • test execution status;

  • an author.

  • open/done Besides, you can filter the test cases by clicking on the priority label or tag on the item itself, and all test cases will be shown on the list.

Ordering

By default, all test cases are sorted by the date created: from recent to oldest. You can easily change it.

  • Click on the sorting icon.

  • Choose the option from the dropdown.

When you apply an option, all items are sorted in descending order. If you want them to be shown in ascending order, click on the chosen option once again.
