When you execute the test cases within your test run, you can generate the report to see the overall results of it. Click on the 'Report' button to get a full overview.
The report includes:
Test execution overall status for each run test case;
Test steps and their status;
Actual result from the test execution of each step;
Defects (if any) that were found during the test execution. You can share the report with the external. Read how here.
